1. Free Returns
- The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of receiving the order, without any additional cost.
- To start the return process, simply contact us by email or telephone, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
- After receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, the customer may choose to:
- Exchange of the product for another (except for products on sale);
- Refund of the total amount paid, to be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
3. Exceptions
- Promotional items are not eligible for exchange. Sale of promotional items is final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
